Our Wedding

Our journey began with a simple message on Hinge (surprise, surprise). After exchanging a few messages, on December 14th, 2023, we met for our first date at a local neighborhood bar in Austin called Lulu’s.What started as a casual drink quickly turned into a deep realization that our lives were already beautifully intertwined. We laughed as we discovered we were practically neighbors, bonded over our shared obsession with our dogs, Presley &amp; Kava (who are now the best siblings), and realized we both worked in tech (another surprise for ya). Perhaps most serendipitously, we found we shared a deep love for San Diego, a city that held pieces of our pasts and, unbeknownst to us then, would eventually host our future.Over the next year and a half, we built a foundation of unwavering support and loyalty.On May 10th, 2025, the city that lived in our stories became the setting for our most precious memory yet. Under the guise of a family trip, Kyle led me to Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. With my entire family watching—the people who shaped me into who I am—Kyle asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. It was the biggest, most beautiful surprise of my life.Now, we are returning to the shores of the San Diego Bay to say I do on Coronado Island on September 25th, 2026. We cannot wait to celebrate this new chapter with an evening of heartfelt speeches, incredible music, and a dance floor that never stays empty.Our story started with a swipe, but it continues here, surrounded by the people and the ocean we love so much.

Our Story

We are so excited to celebrate our big day with you! For those of you traveling from out of town, we’ve gathered all the details you’ll need to make your journey to Coronado as smooth as possible.

We have secured a block of rooms for our guests at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort &amp; Spa. Please book using this <a href="https://book.passkey.com/event/51090770/owner/10687/home" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" data-sleek-node-id="XHeXag">link</a>. NOTE: If you wish to stay at the resort on dates outside of the September 24th- September 26th dates, we encourage you to call the resort to request staying in the same room for the duration of your stay as well as ask if you can secure the same special nightly rate. Mention you are attending the Mandi Bhatnager and Kyle Kislowski wedding. You must book by August 24th, 2026 to receive our special guest rate.

Getting Here For the most convenient experience, we recommend flying into San Diego International Airport (SAN). Distance to Venue: The Coronado Island Marriott Resort &amp; Spa is located approximately 7 miles from the airport. Travel Time: Depending on traffic, it is a quick 15–20 minute drive across the iconic San Diego-Coronado Bridge.

Transportation OptionsOnce you land, you have several ways to reach the island: Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): Readily available at SAN. Follow signs to the designated "App-Based Ride Share" pickup area. Taxis: Available at the airport's Transportation Plaza. A one-way fare to Coronado typically ranges from $30–$40. Car Rentals: If you plan to explore more of San Diego, all major car rental agencies operate out of the airport’s Rental Car Center, accessible via a free shuttle from the terminals. The Coronado Ferry: For a scenic start to your weekend, take a rideshare to the Broadway Pier in Downtown San Diego and hop on the ferry. It drops you off at the Coronado Ferry Landing, which is just a 5-minute walk from our hotel.

Right in Our Neighborhood (Coronado) Rent a Bike &amp; Explore the Island: This is a local favorite! Coronado is incredibly bike-friendly. If you aren't staying at the Coronado Island Marriott with us (which offers free daily bike rentals), you can rent cruisers at the Coronado Ferry Landing (just a 5-minute walk from the Marriott) and ride the 6-mile loop under the bridge, past the Golf Course, and down to the Hotel Del. The Hotel del Coronado: Even if you aren't staying there, "The Del" is a must-see for its iconic red turrets and history (it inspired the Emerald City in The Wizard of Oz!). Grab a drink at The Sun Deck for amazing ocean views. Coronado Beach &amp; "Dog Beach": Since we are obsessed with our pups, we have to recommend the North end of Coronado Beach. It’s a dedicated off-leash dog beach where you can watch dozens of happy dogs playing in the surf. Orange Avenue Stroll: Walk Coronado’s main artery for local boutiques, galleries, and treats. Don't miss MooTime Creamery for some of the best ice cream in San Diego. Ferry to Downtown: Take the 15-minute ferry from the landing near our hotel over to the San Diego Convention Center or Broadway Pier. It’s the cheapest "boat tour" in the city and offers the best views of the skyline. The "Mica" Sand: Keep an eye out for the gold sparkles in the sand at Coronado Beach—it’s actually a mineral called mica, and it’s why the beach always looks like it’s glowing. Sunset Views: The absolute best place to watch the sun go down is on the rocks in front of the Hotel Del or from the Marriott’s own Bayside lawn.

Local Bites &amp; Drinks Coronado Brewing Company: For a casual vibe and great local craft beer, this is our go-to spot on the island. Clayton’s Coffee Shop: A classic 1940s-style diner on Orange Ave. Perfect for a nostalgic breakfast or a quick milkshake. Tartine: A charming European-style cafe near the ferry landing. Their pastries and outdoor seating are perfect for a slow morning. The Henry: Come and go with ease for your morning coffee, or enjoy lunch/dinner with the family. A quick walk to Gatsby-era elegance and ocean side relaxation.

San Diego Highlights (A Short Drive Away) Little Italy: If you’re looking for a great meal on Saturday night, head to Little Italy downtown. It’s the largest in the U.S. and is packed with incredible patio dining and chic bars. Balboa Park: Just 15 minutes away, this is the cultural heart of San Diego with 17 museums, beautiful gardens, and stunning Spanish Colonial architecture.The San Diego Zoo: Located right next to Balboa Park, it’s world-famous for a reason! Moonlight Beach (Encinitas): If you have extra time and a car, take a 35-minute drive north to see where Kyle proposed! It’s a beautiful, wide sandy beach with a great local vibe.
